Gourmetz Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through our gourmetz sales hotline at 66266 0655 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Gourmetz Pte Ltd.


Our prices are subject to changes and with prevailing GST charges.


Gourmetz Pte Ltd have the rights to request for a 50% deposit of the total invoice for orders above S$2000.00. Cash or Cheque payment must be made upon delivery and receipt of catering services. For Cheque payments, Cheque will be payable to “Gourmetz Pte Ltd”. For cash payments, customer is required to request the staff to sign with name on the invoice upon delivery of food by our staff. We will not entertain any dispute of payments unless proof of payment can be furnished.


  1. Please submit your buffet order online at least 5 working days in advance before your function date. Online submission is not proof of order unless as confirmed by us through phone/fax/email.
  2. Booking is subject to a confirmation within 48hrs of submission. Our catering consultants will contact you to confirm the order within 2 working days upon receiving your online order. If you do not hear from us, please kindly call the office at (65) 6266 0655 WE RESERVED THE RIGHT TO REJECT ORDERS WHEN WE ARE FULLY BOOKED ON THAT DAY
  3. If you need urgent catering services, we will be most happy and grateful if you can call us directly to firm things up.
  4. Customization of dishes can be discussed and arranged.
  5. Ala-Carte pricing is applicable if additional dish/s is added.
  6. A surcharge of $2.50 per person is applicable on regular price if orders made are less than 30 persons (min 20 persons), applies to all menus except Tea Reception Menu & Mini Buffet.
  7. Orders for delivery at 8.30am or earlier, there will be a surcharge of $80.00.
  8. Food is best consumed within 3 hours from arrival time (with Warmers)


  1. There is applied Transportation Fee of $45 per trip unless stated otherwise.
  2. Please allow ±45 minutes grace from the “ready time” for unforeseen circumstances (accidents, traffic jams, parking problems, etc.).Gourmetz Pte Ltd will not be will not be held responsible for such instances. The customer is still liable for payment and it does not constitute any refund on the buffet price or any form of compensation even if the buffet order is declined. 3. The collection of the buffet items is four (4) hours after the “ready time”. 4. The surcharge for collection after 10:30pm before 11:30pm is $50 and from 11:30pm till 1am is $100.


Changes or amendments must be made known to us latest within 48hrs from your function date. We reserve the right not to entertain any last-minute changes or amendments to your buffet order.


  1. Cancellation of catering services must be notified to us in writing/fax/email at least 3 days before your function date. No cancellations through phone is allowed unless as stated otherwise.
  2. The customer is liable to compensate Gourmetz 50% of the total costs should he/she cancel the order less than 3 days before the function date.
  3. The customer is liable to compensate Gourmetz 100% of the total buffet costs should he/she cancels the order less than 1 day from the function date.


Gourmetz Pte Ltd reserve the right to replace any food item with another of equivalent value and category should the original food item ordered is not available.


The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the utensils and equipment provided for the catering services. Our company reserves the right to ask for compensation for the loss or damaged items
